ok i ve had these two guy friends for about 4 years now , we are pretty close but we don't talk alot. I have had a crush on , "R" for like 4 months now but just recently the other guy "G" informed me that he was deeply in love with me for two years. I know it sounds dumb and confusing but im stuck !
My two guy friends are best friends. im afraid to make a move with "R" because i know i will hurt "G" alot . So i either spare his feelings or mine . Im also afriad of somehow doing something dumb that will end up huting our whole friendship. For example ignoring"g"and getting with "R"then we might all be hurt somehow !!!!! Do you get it ?? Pleeezz help me !!! What do i do???

I think you best answered the question yourself. You said that your thoughts for R are a 'crush,' and I think that means that you know that there really wouldn't be a long-term relationship likely to come out of that. I'd say think, just sit down and think clearly about your feelings for these two guys. Maybe even tape-record yourself talking, so you can listen to it later, and figure out what you really meant. Sometimes the little things that show up in your speech that you don't really recognize when you say them can actually say the biggest things.

Advice: Don't act rashly. If you know that your thing with R would be temporary, then why waste your time? At the same time, don't rush into a relationship with G either. Take the time to think how you feel about these guys, and by 'time' i mean like two weeks to two months, and act based on your true feelings, not based on whim or impulse.
