All day long, I feel you are in my presence.
When I go to sleep at night, I take your
picture, and put it down next to my pillow, as if you are lying down next to me.
When I wake up, I take your picture, and
kiss you to say good morning.
When I always look at your picture, you
always have a smile on your face with
your sparkling eyes looking at me.

In my mind, in my heart
I think of you
every day and every night

Your picture on my pillow
I wish
that you were here, and
i slept

That is a beautiful poem, and I did write a poem about someone, I am deeply in love with. He knows how I feel about him, but he is afraid to get close to me. He has written books on Shakespeare, a Professor of English, and acts in Plays. I worked in a hospital/nursing home where his mother lives now, and I delivered her meals. That's where I met him, and he visits with her everyday at lunch. One day, I would like to give him that poem, and his picture I have is from his playbook.
