You know, I'm here bored at work and figured that I've never truly introduced myself here, so I will now.
As you know, I'm Ivy.....it's my middle name.
I'm from Northern VA (DC area) and 22 years old. I have a BA in Communication from George Mason University and currently working for a company as a Technical Editor/Desktop Publisher with a security clearance.
My hobby and interest is cars....especially turbo'd Mitsubishi Eclipses and the such. I'm part of a team and have helped out on many motor projects. I also write for the team's website.
Let's see, moving on.....I currently live with my boyfriend and a roommate (who's a mutual friend). My BF and I have been together for over a year and living together for 2 months. We plan to get engaged very soon and I'm excited and extremely happy. He used to be a Marine and recently got out and is now back in the civilian world. He also is on the car team that I earlier mentioned and we recently disassembled his motor and took it out to build it up. We expect record times at the drag strip once it's all said and done.
I found and came to this site from doing a search. Besides cars, I find topics that are found here very interesting and I like to give advice based on my experiences. Once in a great while I might have a question of my own, but mostly, you'll just see me responding to other's posts.
Anyways, enough babbling. You know enough about me by now. See you around the forums!
