do you think someone should ask sombody for there phone number if theve only met once or should you know that person better first

LOL, same thing I wanted to know. I think me and you shoulds start to talk to them. I have this girls phone number but I dont think I should call her if she doesnt really know me. I think I am going to start talking to the girl tomarrow, you know to get to know her. Never ask your friend to call her and stuff. And dont say its my pleasure to meet you and stuff. Go like "Whats Up"? and stuff. And dont make yourself look like an idiot and a fag like I did once.
