Is she just playing with my head?

A girl at college started looking at me strangle for about 2 months now, then she just stop for no reason. But today she was looking at me form the corner of her eye when I came in the door.
She also crosses her legs pointed towards me and rocks the same leg back and forth, but I caught her doing this to some other guy that she doesn't like, I know this because he approuched her before and she refused to date him.

Does that form of body language always mean there attracted to you or is she just a flirt who gets her kicks out of teasing men.

Please Help she's killing me.

it could mean anything...

maybe she likes you. maybe she just look in your way while you looked in her way...

If you want to know if she is serious about your case you have to stay with the eye contact with her and see her reaction... if she looks away and smile or smile while looking at you or just continue to do it without even bothering...

depending on her reaction you'll know what to hope for or ask for (cause it seem to bother you lolllllll it is natural, you can ask her to stop, but she could say, stop what ? then you'll look totally stupid lollllllll).
