There is this girl i really like, but im not sure if she likes me. We have known each other for a while, and have talked some, but were not friends. I think she might like me becuase she looks at me a lot, and if she sees me looking at her she smiles, but usually looks away. A lot of times she will tell me hi as soon as she comes in the room, though she sits nowhere near me she yells it out. Any advice??

What do you have to lose? Ask her out.

I'm not good with conversations at all but I find out that most of my conversations start out by me asking about an assignment for some class and then drifting into other topics.

That's fine, as long as you can come up with some way of getting the conversations started. The more you talk the easier it'll be, both with her and in general.

I'd say that there are two ways you can go with this, slow or fast. Slow will involve trying to talk to her as much as possible, getting to know her before asking her out. Fast would involve you asking her out now. Personally I'd suggest fast, because as you said you aren't great with conversations and it could take a long time to get to know her. If you ask her out you'll just need to get past that one hurtle, and then you'll know. If you think that would be too big of a jump, just ask if she wants to hang out/do something/whatever in a non-dating sense. After hanging out with her alone once you'll probably have a much better idea of whether or not you want to ask her out on a real date.

So yeah, for your situation I'd suggest finding something to do with her outside of school to start.

to me it does sound like she likes you..with all do respect ladies, some of them are tricky and it is often hard to find out if they trully like you.. i would say try making eye contact and just stare into her eyes and ask her out..do some things that might win her over. its worth a try!
