Hi how do i get the confidence to ask a guy out?
what do i do if he says no and i'm like really into him?
If he says yes what would be the first step?

Question 1:That is an impossible question to answer. The only way to get the confidence to ask a guy out is to give yourself the confidence to ask a guy out. I mean, there is no magic bit of advice that ANYONE can give that will make you confident enough to do it. You just have to buckle down and think about it. If you want something bad enough, you're willing to risk something to get it.

Question 2: Simple one here...get over him. If he's not into you, you'll only be wasting your time by not getting over it.

Question 3: Well, generally speaking the first step after asking someone out is going on a "date". Work from there.

Try something like this.

Instead of asking him out, ask him if he would like to go somewhere with you that you happen to be going to, like the movies of a new play. This takes the pressure off of both you and him as it is not really a date, but him going with you to something you supposedly already had planned.

If he say's no to it, then go ask someone else to go with you. Getting told no hurts, but it is not the end of the world.

If he says yes, then all you two have to do is show up at the place where you agreed to and converse like normal human beings:)
