How do I know if girl likes me?

There is a Hostess at the dinner I goto that i really like, how do I know if she does like me, and how do I go about entering a relationship with her?

thats the thing, she talks to me, she smiles at me, she picked on me about my cat scratching me. I gave her a little peanut butter cup by putting it on her shoulder and she didn't realize that i gave it to her, she barely even moved when i put it on her shoulder, and when i told her that i put it there she said that she thought that i was just touching her shoulder, and she wasn't put off in any way what so ever. When she heard it was my 21st birthday she asked me about it, and i hadn't told anybody at the dinner about it. When my mother goes to the dinner with her friend she asks about me. On tuesdays i go bowling and she asked my mother where i was, saying "is he out drinking." I'v seen her looking over at me already. How do i go about starting a relationship with her without making things uncomfortable for her?

just begin by being friends with her and just talking to her and getting to know each other. Then once you guys feel comfortable with each other then ask her out. Then you go from there.
