I think it's just a byproduct of how distorted our views are about beauty. Hair is a very natural thing. Whoever said that bald legs and arm pits are sexy? It was probably the agenda for a few companies trying to sell their products like the weight loss schemas. It's kind of funny, because men accuse women of following the media blindly when they do it themselves.

Not saying I'm some hairy butch feminist, because I'm not, but I don't think hair should be a big deal. If a girl doesn't want to shave her armpits, well then good for her. That does not have to be a negative thing. I still shave my pits, but I have to give the girl who doesn't some props, because she's a little bolder than I am.
