How can I tease him?

There's this guy I like that always teases me, he's got me a couple times really good cause each time he caught me off gaurd. I need some ideas on how to get him back! :) But it can't be anything like a water fight or anything like that, cause I mostly see him when he's at work and I don't wanna get him in trouble hehe...so any ideas or anything would be greatful!
