Alright. Here's my story. I know this girl, we're both in High School and we've got all the same classes and almost always sit next to each other, or walk to classes together, but I just met her. We were always flirting and after about a week we've become good friends. I have her telephone number and we've talked on the phone several times. The thing is, I really like her and I'm thinking of asking her out, but I don't want to ruin our friendship. At first I was totally sure she liked me, but now that I think about it, we might just be good friends. So I'm a bit confused. Should I go for it?

Well then compensate. Ask her out on a friend-like thing. Go see a movie you both agree would be cool. Invite her over to your place to hang out for a while. Even renting a movie and hanging out at either of your houses would work. After that, dating seems like you've been doing it forever, and there's no real need for that nervousness, because you'll have been doing dating-y things for a while.

Go casual with it for now. Full-dress restaurants with $200 bills can come later, hehe.
