Yeah, I agree with Nutz, find out what she likes to do, what really lights her fire. Strike up conversations about it, no doubt she could talk for hours on such a subject. Learn a lot about her, get to know her, talk with her, and, as Nutz said, become a friend. She may end up feeling the same way about you, and feeling like you don't even notice her--but now's not the time to ask directly! An overall rule of thumb--just be yourself. Act like you do. The rest will generally fall into place.
