Are there such things as 'signs'?

Recently I broke it off with a guy that I had been talking to only online for almost 2 years. I really love him but things happened and I thought breaking it off was the right thing to do. I had been extremely sad and tried for a month to figure out how to get back with him yet still do the right thing. I finally figured out something but the next day when I had planned to suggest it, my computer broke down. Does anyone else think that is a sign or should I just ignore it and do what will make me happy?

er does your computer break down relate to the relationship between you? if not i dun think this is a sign to tell you not to patch with your ex.

Personally, I don't think it's a sign. But I suggest you trust your intuition. If you believe this relationship is bad for you then trust it.

Well, "signs" I do believe in online relastionships I dont..You did the right thing by breaking things off..but who said you too couldnt be friends??..I mean at first your going to feel like crap and question yourself but in the long run you'll see that theres nothing there but friendship and love...Trust me I talked to a guy online going on 4 years now and at first I felt like he was it for me.. but when i sat down and really thought about it...I knew we didnt "know" each other..you get what I'm saying
