How can I meet some of these girls walking around at the mall or working there for that matter.Some I've noticed are very beautiful but what's a good approch because they all seem to be going somewhere or are in a hurry.

As being female.. i know how i like attention.. how all girls like attention. And even if you think your not being noticed.. chances are that you are. So try to approach a girl when shes alone, looks in your direction a lot.. or even if one other friend is there. Usuing the same rules i use for guys will probably help.

Only approach a girl when alone or with another female. The problem with walking up to a group is that they might make you feel uncomfortable or snub you.
Don't start the convo with a pickup line.. just be sincere and polite.
Keep the convo going.. don't have a long break because akward silence is a major dead end.

Approach her and say:

"Hi, I usually do not do this but you are absolutely stunning and I was curious to find out if you are as beautiful on the inside as you are on the outside."

Try that line out. Its a good opener and from there it is easy to go with the flow.

The effectiveness of this opener depends on your delivery - you have to be matter of fact about it, like telling her, "Your shoe is untied". You send a message that absolutely stunning women are a common thing for you to run across, and you're not really all that impressed with her looks. It's the person inside you're curious about. So you're giving her a chance (challenge) to show what she's made of, deep inside.

Just walk up to her and ask her if she knows what time it is (of course that only works if she's wearing a watch) If that's the case then as her if she knows where Dilliards is. I think those are good conversation starters, it gets your foot in the door and you can tell by her reation if she's into you or not.:goof:
