how can i can i get him to notice me

I really like this guy but he considers us as just friends, i've hinted but nothing has come out of it, i think he just didn't get it.
if any1 can give me some ideas to help me out.

You certainly hit the bullseye with that one. I commonly chuckle when I overhear some of the ploys to "get a man to notice me" set in motion by women. When it comes to it, regardless of initiating circumstances, eye contact remains the most powerful form of communication during those brief and fleeting moments when our homonculi say, "Hey numbskull! This woman is interested in you." Men are simple (yes we are). Simple, unambiguous, and effective eye contact is a great place to begin.

If he still doesn't respond, perhaps he's simply not interested. Move on to the next. There are a lot of us out there.
