All About Adam...

Semi-complicated situation I've gotten myself into here:

Adam is a delightful character, and one of the most interesting and fascinating people I've come across. From the very first time we spoke, I was drawn into his personality. But in looks, he's... Well, lacking. We've recently started dating (Nov. 1st to be exact)... I know this won't exactly look good on my dating roster, but I am not one to judge someone totally on looks (considering I'm not exactly a radiant beauty), so I know I'm going to stay in this relationship and work this out.

Is there anyone out there who's been caught in this relationship, and if so, what'd you do about it?

Yes I have... my first three (well, only three) boyfriends all lacked in the looks department too.

My first boyfriend was the only one that has really worked out so far. As I got to know him, he got better looking in my eyes and that's how I knew things were going good. My second boyfriend... I would look at him and say eek yeah hmm that's my boyfriend aaaah yeeah yup that's him... if someone gets better looking in your eyes the more you get to know him, then you know things are going good.... but if after a while you're still not physically attracted to him, even though he has the best personality, maybe he's not the right one for you. I don't mean that if he's not good looking draw the line there... (I'm not exactly top notch in the looks department either)... but if after a while his personality doesn't shine through and make him gorgeous in your eyes maybe something's not clicking right.
