Hi Guys and Gals,
There is this girl at work who I really like. But I haven't been able to catch her eye. So I need some tips on how to make her feel special, and make her like/want me so I can ultimately ask her out on a date.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest just putting yourself in her path. Watch when she takes breaks and then do the same. Just smile and compliment her on her shirt or something and see if she responds warmly. You can never go wrong with a friendly hello and nice smile.

That's mostly horrible advice. Don't compliment her on her shirt. The woman will most likely detect this as an insincere compliment with ulterior motives.
Women are good at this.
Also, like / want / love isn't a decision. Its an emotion.
Have you ever been around an extremely charismatic person?
Whether it was the tonality of their voice, their presence, the words they spoke, for whatever reason you were drawn to them.
You didn't run down a checklist and decide, well he/she has these attractive qualities, I'd like to talk to this person more?!. No you didn't. It was an emotion.
So there isn't any particular action you can do to MAKE her like you, but you can exude an attractive personality.
If you've been in contact with her and she's not attacted to you, then you have to change what's unattractive about you. However, don't change for this woman. Change because you want the women to come to you.
Shanrocks does have a good point, approach her. Just say "Hi."
What do you have to lose?

This is what I think. If a girl is not interested in you, don't waste your time. Make room for someone who is interested. Save your energy for someone who is interested.
Why waste your time trying to get a girl who can careless about you when you could be spending time with a girl who does care about you.
Life is like a closet. Throw away your broken television set and you'll have a place to put your favorite books.
In other words, get rid of all the B.S. in your life.
I don't really know what the situation is with this
girl you're trying to get. All I'm saying if she doesn't
want you, move on to bigger and better thngs.
