You see She lives in a dorm, and we can't go anywhere off campus. This doesn't keep others from pairing up though, so what should I say when asking her "out" since there isn't anywhere to go?

There's gotta be SOMETHING to do on campus, doesn't there? Some sort of student lounge even?
Is that unusual, not being able to leave campus? Maybe its just us crazy Canadians, but I've never heard of that.
Anyways, yeah... there must be something to do. Lets pretend your lounge or whatever has a pool table.
How about your pencil shoots off your computer desk thing into her general direction... You go up to pick it up... she notices you, and you start make a little small talk "Hey, how are you? Are you originally from ______ (whatever town you're in or near)?" and she'll say no, and say where shes from, blah blah blah.. then you can talk about that a bit.. and talk a little more.
Then after a while, you say "Do you ever play pool?" and she'll say "sometimes, but I'm really bad." and you'll say, "I am too, but would you wanna go play some time?" lol
Yay!!! problem solved! Good luck.

How can you not be able to leave campus? I never heard of a college rule like that before. Odd.
