Love or Not???

OKay, there is this guy, who I've known for years, since I was like 5, and he lives across the street. Oh, he is also my best friend's brother...:xeye: Well you guessed it, I'm in total and complete :love: love with him. Well, lately he has been weird. He is always throwing wet balls from the pool at me. Talking to me online. Saying weird things online like, I couldn't leave you, your too sexy. Then saying just kidding and Just wanted to see what you would say.Well.... The other night he was talking to me online, he IMed me, and he came up to my computer room window. Tapped on the screen. And scared me out of my mind (not on purpose) Then I opened the window. His excuse was, I wanted to see you when I talked to you. Now, This sounds like he is all for me, but it is weirdo. I mean, we were sitting on my front steps in the dark, at like 1:00am, and you'd think if he liked me he'd kiss me or somthing... :kiss2: but it never happened. What is going on here? Does he like me. If so, how do I tell him I like him??? :confused: Oh yea, my name is emily, and instead of calling me that, he said it was too formal, he calls me Emi now...

At least you have your head on straight. Your asking questions and that's good. He has know you for a while, I know that much. He must feel comfortable enough with you to joke around and have a good time, this might mean that he likes you. But being a guy it's always hard, no matter how long they've know that person, to tell them how they fell about them. You know how you feel about him but not the other way around.
Maybe give it some time and every once and a while do things that a couple would do. Ex: go to a movie or have a late lunch, things like that. And if one day someone asks if you are a couple have him answer, that will get him thinking. But no matter what don't lose paseance with the pure guy.

The only problem is the fact he is my best friend's brother. They still live in the same house. So It would be weird going over to see him , not her. I guess...:confused: she is comfertable with the fact I like him, but I don't think I could get away with going to luch with him... I also think he is un-comfertable with the fact of having his sister around when we are *together* he acts different. I guess this is hopless.....
