I have a pretty important question regarding this. The pill is divided into 2 different kinds of pills. 1 is the primary controller and the other is something im not sure of. A female is supposed to follow a cycle and take them over time. My question is once you stop taking the pill, how long is a female infertile for on average?

Would you mean the 21 actual pills, and then the 7 placebos? Those are there just so you have those 7 days in which to have your period (for those who might have trouble remembering-taking a pill everyday for 21, and then stopping for a week). (btw, not all birthcontrol pills have the 7 placebos, they just expect you to remember when to start your new pack)
I imagine you can get pregnant pretty damn near right away after stopping taking the pill. People do get pregnant when they've forgotten to take a few, so...
With Depo Provera(the bc needle) its like a minimum of like 9 months or something that it could take for you to get back to normal, and longer I believe if you've taken it longer.
Thats why when you go on the needle, the doctor asks if you're sure you don't have any plans to get pregnent within the next 5 yrs... :| The pill just doesn't screw you up like that, I guess.
So anyways, I would say you could get pregnant right away after stopping the pill :p
What do you mean by "a female is supposed to follow a cycle and take them over time)??
Hope this is of some help. :)
