So many questions, but I will only ask a few cause I don’t want to bore anybody with a long post of different questions. My first question is “when a person realizes they have feelings for someone how do they know the difference in infatuation and love, and when they figure it out, how do they know the best time to act on those feelings? Is it possible to love someone with out knowing if that person loves them back?” Ok, so I kinda put all those together, but I am one of those people that doesn’t like to unnecessarily draw things out. Thanks.

How were you drawn to the person, looks, good listener, gave great advice, a thug (bad boy attitude/image), one night stand etc. There is a chance that what you see is what you get.
Can you see yourself with that person years and years from now?
Does he makes you happy?
What is he looking for in a relationship?
What does he like/love about you?
Is he ambitious?
Communication is the key to knowing anything in a relationship. It is the only way you will be able to figure out if both of you are on the same page, or if one is taking the other for a ride.

I always seemed to think that infatuation was a reaction or a sexual attraction to a person - where it may be looks, body or image. The exterior side of a person -- you will possibly realise this when you feel that you don't like anything about the person (up close and personal).
Love in my mind - is having feelings (deep feelings) about a person ...in your mind you don't care if they are the oddest person in the world - what matters to you is that you are so comfortable with the person - that you would want to spend forever with! Being comfortable, i mean - everything comes easily with the person. It will probably take you along time to realise.
Hmm loving someone...without knowing if the other loves them back - it sounds like something from a romantic novel - but i think love has to work both ways, if not then there are problem.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
