I have a friend who recently confessed his fellings about me, but the problem is he's still dating another girl (or they at least still have the label as far as I know) They are having problems, and I have a suspicion that I may be the root of them. I would consider daitng this guy, but I don't know if it'd be "right" to talk to him about it now. Should I wait until he breaks up with his gf? My other fear-am I just a rebound crush? Should I wait before giving him a try?

I definitely would recommend waiting before acting.

For starters you say you may be the 'root' of their problems, just dont get into a position that you may be labelled as the 'cause' of their break-up. If their relationship does end, give him some time to work out his feelings, as you said you don't wanna be a rebound crush. Good luck,hope this helps :)
