Well I think a nice gift would be a good start. Doesn't have to be something expensive, just something you think she would really like but you haven't given her yet. That way whenever she sees it it will remind her of you.

As for the place - maybe you could take her to the first place you met? That would bring back memories, unless of course you go there all the time already.

I'm not very good at this sort of stuff, I just hope you get a few ideas from what I've said.

first take her to a nice place to eat and when you to get back to your house have rose petales leading to you bed and have all these candles ready to be put on and have some nice slow music ( R&B slow jams) have some frurts for you too feed to her 4play for a little bit and do what ever she wants ( ;) )

p.s sorry about spelling

Why eat?

I have always been an advocate of the non-eating option.

I suggest you go to a lovely, quiet place, like a forest or a beach or a lake.....

...and PROPOSE!!!! It will be the best gift ever....ring can come later, when you have enough money.

Hey, you said you love her (and she probably loves you), so why not marry her?

Invite her over for a nice romantic dinner. Nothing messy like ribs. Keep it simple!

Create a relaxing ambience plan to top off your evening with a nice scented oil message in candle light, listening to some slow jams who knows.....she just might make you the dessert.

Good luck!

Cute..... Go with the ribs idea, maybe a movie afterwards.

I think it would be really sweet if you wrote her a poem or song. Or you could make a collague with pictures of the two of you and put it in a heart shaped frame. Good luck.
