Are you referring to physical touch?

Give her a body massage on her shoulders, back, head and feet.

If you want to tell her you care for her, kiss her on the forehead, softly, right above her eyes.
If you want to tell her you are really hot for her, kiss her all over her neck.... alot. That should make her melt.

and if you want to tell her both, run your hands in her hair and hold the back of her head when you kiss her.

Running your fingers gently along her arms and neck and stuff, that works too.
I think holding hands counts as romantic touching.
My boyfriend drives stickshift and sometimes he pretends he misses and touches my knee while he's driving- it's the cutest thing!
