I went up to this girl at work she's a waitress and told her that I wanted to get to know her, but her section is always full. ( we have made a lot of eye contact for a couple of weeks) She acted flattered and said next time she sees me at the bar she would bring me over. Well this weekend I went back and she did bring me over and she was very flirtatious and told me to keep coming in to see me. I came back Sat. night w/a friend and she was a hostess that night, but came over about 5 times flirting away. The next day I went back to watch the football games and stayed at the bar to be a "Challenge" and she came over twice and talked, but ignored me the rest of the day. I caught eye contact throughout the day, but at the end a "boyfreind" showed up and she did'nt say goodbye or look over, but she said goodbye to other guys there. Is she interested or playing games?? There is a 10 year age differenc

It could be that she is....however, you started playing mind games first by trying to be a challenge. If a girl feels like she has to do all the work, ex. go to you all the time, then she will begin to think that you don't like her or are just using her. The boyfriend may not be an actual significant other, so before you read anything into it I would talk to her about becoming involved, not just play flirting games.
(this sounds way harsh, but it isn't meant to be)

The only reason I did'nt go up to her is because she was working and did'nt want to be a burden. I thought it was too early to ask her out but maybe because what is happening I will have to go ahaead and do it.
She is probably confused! I have had a problem simalar to this, I wanted to guy to notice me so I would make eye contact but would not go so far with it just to sorta protect my self from feeling unknown..... Go for It I wish he would have!!!!

I tend to think she likes you but has a boyfriend that is why she didn't say good by or look at you but she did another man.Just ask her and if she does leave it alone. A gentleman does not flurt with a girl who has a b/f.
