I was cleaning up today, and I came across my daughter's baby things (from the hospital), and in it was 3 rose (:rolleyes: and dingy me, I couldn't remember why) Well, it got me to thinking about the day she was born (I was 16 and was still upset about miscarring my other two children). Well, anywayz, on to my point.
Right after I got out of the hospital, on the car ride home, (the ride inwhich my *wonderful* boyfriend wasn't there for :rolleyes: :bawling: ) I was all upset about not having J.D. there with me and crying. Well, when I got home, the house was all dressed up for the baby! :) Anywayz, my mom kept telling me to go up and wake J.D. up to come to the celebration (:mad: Which I refused to do). So, finally (after 2 hours) I gave in, and went up. Well, when I got up there, the whole room was showered with red roses (all over the floor, on the dresser, etc etc, and the bed was filled with rose petals)! In the center of the bed was a vase with 3 baby roses (2 yellow and one red) in it. I went to pick it up, and a paper feel off the bottom, on it this was wrote,
"Baby, you know I love you and our children more than anything on this earth, I'm sorry your upset about the misscarrages, but let's try to make the best of the one we have, in this vase is 3 roses, the red one is our new *very loved* baby girl, and the two yellow ones are our angels up above. Love you always, J.D."
I started crying hysterically, and J.D. jumped out of the closet, a rose in his mouth and on it a gold ribbon. He hugged me and told me how much he loved me for like 10mins, then asked me to pick up the vase and take the flowers out, when I did, I looked in it, and there was a ring!!
The ring was an engagement ring, HE ASKED ME TO MARRY HIM!!
I just thought I would share that little story with you all, I *love* this man!:D
