This far journey
This empty void
This forsaken realm of the ever dark
An endless torment of the lonely soul
To once be whole
To once be pure
Yet now only to remain and endure
Where is my love
This still white dove
The one who holds the key
For me again to know my soul
So many illusions I have met
So many disappointments to bear
Yet the walk continues
For to feel it yet not to have found
Is the curse of the lone
To know
To feel
To love
Yet remain forsaken
Now things differ
For I might have found you
Yet I do not know if I dare to
With a soul torn to shreds by pain
With a heart criscrossed by efforts in vain
The choice yet remains
To embrace the void
Or to have found the love
A reminding one of my earlier poem, yet this one is for the one who have found yet dares not to approach in fear of another scar in the collection of lives torments. heh :-)
