"Wake to a World That is Fake"

In the morning I wake,
To a world that is fake.
This is a life none shall live.
It is only a fib.
There is no where to go.
There is nothing to do.
I go out, try to have fun,
Try to meet new people.
But its no use.
There's no point to live in a world,
That is fake and pointless.
My mind, its just a mess.
As the day goes by,
And the night comes in.
I run to my room.
My place to think,
My place to hide,
And get away from it all.
I sit on the bed,
A million things running through my head.
I don't know what's going on.
This is just not fun.
As I reach for the gun,
I promise myself,
Never again,
Will I wake
To a world that is fake.

A most remarkable one indeed, to express the feelings of the one not awaken to life but someone who knows life , and the empty void which our world now represents.
Based on illusions and fraud, stay strong though for nothing is lost as long as a thought can be thought.

just ... put ... the gun .... down ....

Now call the nearest Crisis Line.

This is either ... a self-indulgent teenager going through some pretty typical teen angst

or

someone in genuine need of crisis counselling.

It's not a great poem, it's a cry for help.

If you guys think this is an accurate description of the world in which we live, you must lead pretty empty lives.
