As time gets closer to day we meet again, I count the days.
The weeks seems like an eternity, and the days are so long.
I replay in my mind, thoughts of happiness, laughter, words
we exchange, and our unspoken glances at each other.
The day we finally meet again, I count the hours, and minutes
with anticipation. As I am down to the minutes, and seconds,
my heart starts racing, faster than a race car.
When we finally meet again, I see you light up, like lights
around a Christmas tree. We both smile with happiness like,
we won a million dollars.
